What The Burnout Bible is

A diagnostic-tarot journal for neurodivergent practitioners in burnout. Not a self-help book. Not a recovery arc told in affirmations. It maps actual ADHD and burnout symptoms to tarot positions, so the cards tell you what your nervous system is already doing instead of what it should be doing.

Each spread in the journal corresponds to a clinical burnout stage: the numbness phase, the crash, the slow reentry. The prompts ask specific questions, not open-ended ones. Bullet-point answers are fine. Full sentences are not required. The book is built for brains that go blank in front of a blank page.

Who picks this up

  • Neurodivergent practitioners (ADHD, autism, or the overlap) who already use tarot and are somewhere in a burnout cycle right now
  • Spiritual wellness workers who recognize their clients in the symptoms but also recognize themselves
  • Anyone who has tried journaling during burnout and found the blank page actively made things worse

Founding reader bonus

The exclusive spread

The first 50 readers also receive a burnout-to-recovery arc spread that won't be sold separately. Seven positions, one per phase of the burnout cycle. Designed for the specific moment when you can feel yourself starting to come back but don't trust it yet. It ships with the journal, digital and printable.

The Familiar Feral lineup

The Burnout Bible is part of a series of diagnostic-tarot journals built for people who live at the intersection of clinical experience and spiritual practice.

Depressed Divination

A shadow-work journal for practitioners who are actively depressed. Not waiting until you feel better. Right now, as you are.

Trauma Tarot

Spreads and prompts designed around trauma responses: freeze, fawn, fight, flight. Meets you where the body actually went.

Shadow Psychosis

For the edge of self — the parts too dark, too loud, or too raw for most spiritual frameworks. More coming.

Physical products: how we source

Every physical product we make is sourced with the same care we put into the content. Paper stock, printing, and fulfillment partners are chosen for environmental accountability and fair labor practices. We'd rather ship fewer units from a supplier we trust than scale quickly on one we don't.
